Sample Transcript

There are several ways to format a transcript. This sample transcript is one of several ways professional documentation of a students work may be formatted to achieve an official transcript. Our thanks goes out to a member of PIE who has provided this format for our sample. *Grades and *Values are calculated using the Uniform Grading Scale Policy as adopted by  the South Carolina State Legislature in 1999 for students entering 9th grade in the 2000-2001 school year.
